Mubarak heads to Spain in end of May

Egyptian diplomatic sources asserted that the anticipated visit to President Hosni Mubarak to Spain between 29th to 31st of current May is to fulfill the invitation of King Juan Carlos will give a strong push to the tight historical relations between Egypt and Spain in all fields.

The sources added that Egypt and Spain are playing an important and basic role in pushing forward the peace process in M.E. and in boosting cooperation relations among the European and Mediterranean countries, referring that Madrid hosted the international conference for peace in Middle East from which the peace process started in the area by establishing the peace process that is based on land for peace principle.

The sources said that the Egyptian - Spanish summit will discuss the regional and international issues of joint concern topped by the peace process developments in M.E and means of overcoming the hardships confronting it on all track.
