Egyptian - European partnership agreement to be signed soon

Mahdi Fath Allah, manager of the Europe department at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, stated that the European - Egyptian partnership agreement will be signed soon.

He said the agreement is in Egypt's and the Egyptian economy long term interest saying that the volume of Egyptian foreign trade with the European countries reaches 45% of Egypt's trade.

He said in front of the Arab, foreign and national security committee in the Egyptian Shura Council in its meeting yesterday evening under the chairmanship of Mohammed Saeed El-Dakaak, that Egypt and the Foreign Ministry give a great attention to cooperation with the European states on the priority list of the Egyptian foreign policy.
