Libyan foreign minister demands complete European - African relations
Abd El-Teraiki, the Libyan minister of state for foreign affairs, stated that the African - European relations turn into "complete" relations between two sides that have the same strength and importance.
El-Teraiki, a member of his country's delegation participating in the Afro-European summit that starts today in Cairo, said these complete relations will be a strong basis for any coming alliances.
He denied that there are any disputes between his country and any area of current relations with the European countries, especially in the economic field, saying that Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi will meet with European leaders on the margin of the Cairo summit.
