Moroccan Cement Group's sales on the Rise

The Moroccan cement group has posted a 140 % increase in its turnover in 1999 compared to 1998, the group said. The sales stood at $ 26 million compared to $ 10.8 million in 1998, the group said, explaining the performance by the ceding of its Marrakesh plant to a French company. The Group, which produces 3 million tons annually, operates 8 plants in Morocco.
