Morocco in parliamentary conference on mediterranean security, cooperation

Morocco will attend the parliamentary conference on security and cooperation in the Mediterranean region, to be held March 30 in Marseilles, France.

The conference will deal with themes "on regional stability:the political and military aspects of security," "co-development and partnership:cooperation and partnership in the economic, social, scientific and environmental fields," "dialogue of civilizations and human rights: mutual respect, cultural cooperation and human dimension" and "follow up measures and future action."

Morocco will be represented by a delegation of the house of representatives (lower house), led by speaker Abdelouahed Radi, who will also take part in the conference's preparatory committee, in his capacity as a member of the committee.
