Hajji, Chippo, Morocco's best ambassadors
British daily The Sunday Telegraph, on Sunday lauded the qualities of Moroccan players, Mustapha Hajji and Youssef Chip of English Premiere league Coventry, describing them as best ambassador of Morocco's bid to host the 2006 World Cup finals.
The two players have honored their country and their professionalism and commitment are a model for young footballers, the daily said, adding that the two men have convincing arguments regarding their country's candidacy to host the planetary competition.
For Hajji, Morocco has all potentials to host the World Cup, "it is only three hours flight from England. "I know it is difficult, because we have serious challengers, like Germany and England and Brazil, but I think everybody sympathizes with Africa," Hajji told the Sunday Telegraph.
Morocco is campaigning against England, Germany, Brazil and South Africa to host the 2006 World Cup. FIFA will select the host country next July.
