Conference on investment opportunities in Mediterranean region concludes in Tunis

Tunis witnessed the conclusion of the conference on investment opportunities in the Mediterranean Sea area which was attended by a group of businessmen from Egypt, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Cyprus, Malta, and Turkey in addition to Tunis. During the conference, many projects for joint investment in the area of the Mediterranean Sea basin were displayed and many agreements for allowing freedom of funds' movement, banning double taxation and customs exemptions were discussed.

The Tunisian International Cooperation Ministry and the Tunisian investment organization as well as Tunis' international bank participated in organizing the conference.
