The German airline company Lufthansa decided to increase trips between Egypt and Germany from 14 to 20 trips per week starting from the end of March, adding four weekly trips on the Cairo - Frankfurt line so that the number of trips on this line reaches 14 per week.

Also trips between Alexandria and Frankfurt will be increased from three to five per week.

Werner Hezen, the regional manager of the German airline for the Middle East and North Africa, told ArabicNews.com that developing Lufthansa's activity in Egypt is due to the growth in Egyptian commercial relations all over the world and the growing demand to visit Egyptian tourist and archaeological spots.
