Spanish offer to purchase internal trade companies in Egypt

Alectra Anglos, a Spanish company, decided to invest in Egypt during the coming period.

Maged El-Menshawi, a representative of the Uni Cab company, stated that the Spanish company decided to invest in Egypt through presenting an offer to purchase five internal companies which are for sale (Omar Effendi, Sednawi, Benzaawn, Hanau and Bia El-Masnouat company) in association with a group of Egyptian businessmen.

The Ministry of Public Enterprises has delayed the decision on whether to sell the five trading companies until April.

There are three main parties that are competing for these companies which are "Egypt's markers" which includes Mohammed Farid Khamis, Ahmed Bahgat, Dr. Saaed Sallam and Amr El-Nasharti, the International Trade Company for Investment and the Egyptian financial group Hermes.
