Thai MP delegation in Morocco

Ways to boost Moroccan-Thai cooperation ties topped talks held in Rabat on Monday between first vice-speaker of the Moroccan house of representatives (lower house of parliament), Abdelaziz Alaoui Hafidi, and a Thai mp delegation.

The two sides studied ways to boost the Moroccan-Thai joint commission, whose creation was announced during the visit Moroccan Premier, Abderrahmane Youssoufi, paid to Thailand last week.

The Moroccan official called for easing the flow of investments between the two countries through fostering partnership between Moroccan and Thai businessmen and joint projects.

The Thai delegation also met Moroccan secretary of state for cooperation, Aicha Belarbi, and secretary of state in charge of handicraft, Hassan Maaouni.
