Port authority staff on strike Friday

The national union of senior staff of the port authority "ODEP" has called for a 96 hour strike as of Friday, Jan. 28. The union called all staff to a stoppage as of Friday to protest management's refusal to deal with their claims.

ODEP staff already went on strike Jan. 19 and 20 to press with grievances asking for "earnest and responsible dialogue, promotion and union rights."
