Emir of Kuwait receives message from Belarusian President

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday received a message from Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko connected to bilateral relations and means of backing and developing them. The message was handed over by Belarusian Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Ural Latypov during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber on Tuesday.
