Bouteflika asserts success of national rapport law in bringing back stability

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika said yesterday that the results of the civil rapport law are considered important for regaining peace and hope in the Algerian people's souls. This came during the meeting of Bouteflika with the Algerian Cabinet to discuss the government's program.
