Libyan leader sends messages to Algerian, Mauritanian presidents

Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi has sent messages to the Algerian and Mauritanian presidents, respectively Abdelaziz Bouteflika and Mouaouiya Ould Sid Ahmed Taya. The messages were delivered by Ali Triki, Libyan Secretary for African affairs. The three countries are member of the Arab Maghreb Union, together with Morocco and Tunisia.
