Greece to establish institute for archeology studies in Alexandria, Egypt

The Greece association in Alexandria initialed an agreement to establishing a new institute for the archeology sciences in the El-Shatebi area of Alexandria, Egypt, in association with the Greek University Aegean to start its activity during the coming academic year to be the core of a university scientific center in Alexandria.
A statement issued by the Greek embassy in Cairo that was received by ArabicNews.com today said that establishing the new institute aims at carrying out joint archeological works by Egyptian - Greek missions, as well as at applying new ways to analyze archeology and organize archeological and technological studies.
