Moslem Brotherhood group in Cairo condemns U.S. embassy bombings
Egypt-USA, Politics, 8/10/1998
The Moslem Brotherhood group in Cairo condemned yesterday the deadly attacks last Friday on US embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam.
The Moslem Brotherhood said that they do not accept haphazard assassinations like what took place in the two embassies, demanding that accusations not be directed at Muslims without tangible proof.
An official source in the Moslem Brotherhood said, "It is too bad that each time an aggression takes place no one is accused but the Islamic organizations."
Comments by so-called experts have tended to lay blame on Arab nationals, ethnic or Islamic groups before any evidence is established as was done during the US - Oklahoma bombing in which an ethnic Jordanian-American was falsely accused, arrested, and had his home and family vandalized and abused by neighbors, strangers, and the law enforcement agencies, only to be declared innocent later.
