Palestinian dies of wounds in Nablus

Medical sources in Nablus reported that Omar al-Shinnawi 24, died on today evening of wounds sustained 12 days ago.

Rafedia hospital sources reported that al-Shinnawi was seriously wounded when Israeli troops stormed Nablus and its refugees camps in October 16 and died today at the hospital.

At least three Palestinians were wounded on Tuesday evening when Israeli artillery shelled a house in north of the Gaza Strip, witnesses said.

They added that a shell fell near a house close to Civil Administration sit in Jabalya town and hit three citizens.

Medical sources reported that the wounded were taken to Kamal Edwan hospital and their injuries were reported to be moderate.

Israeli occupation forces arrested today dawn twelve citizens in the West Bank cities of Jenin and Nablus, security sources said.

They added that the Israeli occupation troops, backed by 15 military vehicles, stormed al-A’raqa village, west Jenin, broke into citizens’ houses, conducted a search campaign and arrested nine citizens, leading them into an unknown location.

In Nablus city, the Israeli occupation troops swept into the city from all directions, positioned themselves around Balata and Ein al-Ma refugee camps, searched houses and arrested three citizens, leading them into an unknown spot, witnesses said.
