Iraq-Iran-USA, Politics, 7/9/2007
Iran's Chief Judiciary Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi on Monday termed as 'unfair' US behavior towards the Iraqi people under pretext of campaign against terrorism.
Speaking at a session of senior judiciary officials, Ayatollah Shahroudi said the states now involved in the campaign against terrorism, are the main origin of terrorist activities themselves.
Shahroudi added that enemies of Islam are bent on hindering the introduction of real Islam to the world and apparently are after regime change in Islamic state of Iraq.
The Judiciary chief said the democracy formed in Iraq without similarity to other Arab states as well as the elections held in that country as the best type of democracy.
