Israeli arrests continues in West Bank

The Israeli Occupation Forces arrested today morning ten Palestinians in the West Bank (WB) cities of Nablus, Bethlehem and Qalqiliya, security sources said.

They added that Israeli soldiers, backed with number of military vehicles and bulldozers, rolled into Nablus city amid intensive fire shooting and conducted a search campaign into citizens' houses, arresting three citizens and leading them into an unknown spot. An Israeli bulldozer also destroyed water net in Balata refugee camp.

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed, at dawn, Nahalin village, west Bethlehem and searched citizens' houses, arresting four youths and leading them into an unknown location. The Israeli occupation forces caused damage into property, witnesses said.

Israeli soldiers also launched a search campaign into citizens' houses in Qaqiliya town, of the WB and arrested three citizens, leading them into an unknown destination.

In the meantime, Israeli troops and special units besieged and broke into the house of Mustaffa Subeh in Wadi Shaheen, of central Bethlehem, but no arrests up to now were reported.

Meantime, a female child wounded today when a Jewish settler attacked her in the West Bank (WB) city of Hebron. Medical sources at Hebron governmental hospital revealed that Worrod Shabana 9, had sustained serious injuries in her left hand.

They added that Shabana was attacked by a Jewish settler while she was on her way home.

Also, the Israeli occupation forces killed Sunday morning a youth and an old woman in the West Bank city of Jenin , security sources and witnesses said. The sources said Israeli soldiers, backed by more than 50 military vehicles, stormed at dawn Qabatiya town, south Jenin amid intensive fire shooting towards citizens' houses and killed Abed al-Razeq Baker 22, and Fatima Nazzal 55. Witnesses said Nazzal tried to give aid to Baker, who was hit in the chest, but an Israeli sniper shot her instantly and died on the spot.
