Israeli forces kill boy in Beit Lahya

Israeli special units killed today a boy in the north of Gaza Strip, medical sources said.

They added that Thayer al- Masri 16, of al-Shaima area, north Gaza Strip was killed in the spot, when Israeli soldiers shot him in the head.

Israel described its acts in Gaza as "In a joint Southern Command and Israel Air Force operation during the night, the IDF carried out a number of aerial attacks in the Gaza Strip, targeting terror infrastructures used by terror organizations in the area."

Israel described its attack saying "A structure used by the Popular Resistance Committees terror organization to store weaponry in Gaza city; a structure used by the Hamas terror organization to store weaponry in Jebaliya, in the northern Gaza Strip; a structure used by the Hamas terror organization as a gathering center and headquarters from which terrorist activity against Israeli civilians was planned and directed; a structure used by the Islamic Jihad terror organization to store weaponry in the city of Rafah; a structure used by the Islamic Jihad terror organization to store weaponry in Jebaliya. Prior to the attacks, in order to ensure the safety of civilians in the area, the IDF warned the Palestinian population not to stay in structures used by terrorist organizations as hubs for their activity."

In the morning, Israeli soldiers killed one citizen and wounded three others in north Gaza Strip.

The Israeli forces killed a Palestinian in the Gaza Strip city of Beit Lahya, medical sources said. They added that Sa'eed Hajjouj 20, was shot by Israeli special units' fire in Fada'ous area, north the GS. He was seriously wounded and died later at hospital.
