Moussa welcomes withdrawal from Gaza

Arab League (AL) Secretary-General Amr Moussa has welcomed evacuation of the Israeli settlements.
Ambassador Hesham Youssef, the Director of the Office of the AL Secretary-General said that the withdrawal from any occupied land is a positive step adding that the Palestinians and Israelis should reach understandings on crossings in Rafah, the establishment of the harbour, the airport and the safe passage which links Gaza to the West Bank.
He called on the international community to support the PA in rehabilitating the infrastructures demolished by Israel.
He called for immediate movement in order to apply the Roadmap peace plan.
