Hisham Abdel-Razek outlines Palestinian conditions

Minister of Captives Affairs in the Palestinian National Authority, Hisham Abdel-Razek, said that " Israel exploits the international circumstances and the U.S. administration's preoccupation with the forthcoming elections to foil every chance for resuming negotiations."
In an interview on Friday with Sawt al-Arab Radio, Abdel-Razek voiced his hope that the international community will shoulder its responsibility and compel Israel to implement the agreements it signed with the Palestinians.
