A movement opposing inheriting presidency in Egypt, announced

Several Egyptian opposition movements and human rights organizations launched what it called a people campaign for change which rejects "Inheritance" and calls for electing the President of the Republic from a choice of more than one candidate.

These movements, including in particular the Muslim Brothers group, stressed it had decided "to announce the beginning of the campaign today ( Friday) which coincides the launching anniversary of the Egyptian leader Ahmad Orabi who announced in Abidin Medaab against Egypt's Khedewi in 1881, in the name of the Egyptian people ( God has created us free and we will not be inherited nor slaved as from today). The very slogan which is still valid for expression of conditions in Egypt today."

Among signatories of the statement are a group of small communist organizations like " The revolutionary socialists," " March 30 movement for the change" the " socialist people's party " in addition to the Naserite " Karamah" party which is still under construction.
