Explosions in three take away meals restaurants in Lebanon

Three take away Pizza restaurants were attacked by explosives yesterday at dawn in Beirut, Jonyeh and Tripoli.

Lebanese security sources said that a restaurant provides take away meals in Beirut was exposed at five a.m. at dawn to an attack by a half Kg explosive and that two similar restaurants in Jonyeh and, north Beirut and Tripoli to the north of Lebanon were exposed to attacks by explosives of half a KG of explosives.

The source confirmed that the attack against a restaurant in Jonyeh happened at 4.30. a.m. at dawn while the restaurant in Tripoli in al-Mina ( port) area was attacked at five a.m. at dawn.

The Lebanese security sources said that no human casualties were reported as a result of the three aggressions and that the damages inflected in the three restaurants were limited to material losses.

The Lebanese security forces are making intensive investigations to disclose the implications of these incidents and to find the criminals.
