Extremist accused of kidnapping foreigners arrested in Yemen

Official sources in the Yemeni Interior Ministry said the security bodies arrested one of the most dangerous persons involved in kidnappings, assassinations and armed robbers, adding that the suspect, Faysal Baghash, was arrested following a long searching, and he will be brought to trial as soon as the investigation into him is finished.

The sources said Baghash is accused of committing four kidnappings of foreigners and killing a Yemeni citizen in Sanaa.

The security bodies days ago announced the arrest of 12 persons having Iraqi, Somali and Yemeni citizenship who are accused of forging passports and entry visas to some countries as well as forging university study certificates.
