Sudan brings back branch of Cairo University in Khartoum

El-Zobair Taher Bashir, minister of higher education and scientific research in Sudan, stated that an agreement was reached with Egypt to bringing back Cairo University's Khartoum branch to Egypt to be specifically for teaching modern technology and science, as well as research related to development needs. He said that, "The actual delivery agreement will be signed during the anticipated visit of Sudanese President Omar El-Bashir to Egypt during the month," clarifying that the time schedule for the delivery was discussed with Mufied Shehab, Egyptian minister of higher education and scientific research.
