(Clarified Butter)

Description:
Has a unique flavor and will not easily burn. It also keeps
for very a long time in the refrigerator Butter or margarine may
be used as a substitute.
Servings: 2 pounds
Ingredients:
2 pounds of butter
Instructions:
In a large saucepan melt the butter and bring it to a boil.
Boil a few minutes keeping a careful watch. When froth begins to
disappear remove from heat and allow to cool. Skim remaining froth
from the top. Pour into a glass jar but do not pour sediment from
the bottom of the pan.
