Yemen calls for the foundation of Arab federation instead of the Arab league
Yemen has called for the foundation of an Arab federation replacing the Arab League and including an inter-Arab court to settle differences among the Arab states. This was according to an official suggestion dispatched by Sanaa to the Arab states.

September 26th: Yemen releases 34 al-Qaida accused members
A statement issued by the families of the detainees said that "among the detainees persons who have been held for 2 and three years are those who are suffering psychological and psychical diseases because of imprisonment, noting that "there is no accusations or crimes addressed against them."
