The Yemeni- Saudi security agreement
The Yemeni minister of the Interior Lt. Gen. Rashad al-Oleimi said that preparations are underway at the meantime to run joint security patrols on the border between Saudi Arabia and his country and that the leaderships of the ministries of the interior in the two countries are working to form such joint patrol very soon.

Yemen has condemned "the brutal Israeli massacres and mass annihilation practiced by the Israeli occupation forces in the Palestinian territories especially the Beit Reima massacre in which 23 Palestinians were killed."

US special forces commander visits Yemen
A Yemeni government official said on Wednesday that a special commander for the US forces is currently visiting Yemen to discuss military cooperation and efforts to fighting terrorism following the attacks of September 11th at the US.
