Yemen increases salaries, fuel price
The Yemeni government on Thursday took a new decision in the framework of price reforms it has been carrying out since 1995 at the supervision of the World Mank and the International Monetary Fund, aiming at dealing with the deteriorated economic conditions in the country. The new decision stated to increase the prices of diesel at 70% as from Thursday.

A Yemeni court on Sunday released imprisonment sentences for periods between 4 to 15 years against 4 Yemenis convicted of blowing the headquarters of the British embassy in Sanaa in October, 2000.
