The general Union of Yemeni Students announced on Tuesday in Sanaa that its has filed a lawsuit against officials at Sanaa university accusing them of "negligence." A situation which permitted Sanaa's " killer" who killed 16 women in Yemen including 8 women students.

An assassination attempt against Ali Abdullah Saleh
The Lebanese paper al-Mustaqbil said, according to western diplomatic sources said that the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has been exposed to an assassination attempt on the eve of Yemen's celebrations of the 10th unity anniversary, last week. The attempt, was exactly made four days before the military parade which commemorated the anniversary.
