Saleh declared winner in Yemeni presidential elections
Yemeni Minister of Interior Husayn Muhammad al-Arab said the victory of President Ali Abdullah Saleh with the vote of 92% of the participants voting in the October 24 elections, while the other candidate, Najib Qahtan al-Shaabi, got the rest of the votes.
