UAE president appoints new government led by Muhammad bin Rashid al-Maktoum
President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Zayed al-Nahyan on Thursday approved the formation of a new government chaired by Sheikh Muhammad Bin Rashid al-Maktoum who succeeded his brother Sheikh Maktoum who died on January 4th.

Arab Economic Council to discuss economic integration
"The Council will discuss several topics regarding the joint Arab action such as the economic file for the forthcoming Arab summit and the latest developments in the Greater Arab Free Trade Zone and other economic issues," the UAE's Planning and Economy Minister Ms. Lubna al-Qassemi said Tuesday in a statement.

Emirate vice-president calls for settling disputes peacefully
