Ben Ali stresses enhancing joint Arab action
The Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali stressed that Tunisia will be careful during its presidency of the Arab summit in March this year to enhance joint Arab action in all fields, and to contribute in all field as well as to help in the process of developing the Arab League.

Tunisia removes central bank governor in a limited reshuffle
The Tunisian government said that the Tunisian President Zein al-Abidin Bin Ali removed the governor of the Central bank, Muhammad Ali al-Dawas, and appointed the minister of finance, Tawfiq Bakkar as his successor.
