New conditions for partnership between the executive and legislative authorities in Syria
It is a well-established fact that the Syrian People's Assembly ( parliament) has not been in the heart of the political and economic life in Syria since a long time. This Assembly which is dominated by the Baathists since the 1960s is actually a basic alley for the government which also controlled by the Baathist leadership, and therefore differences have never occurred between the two sides in recent decades.
