The legal reasons behind arresting al-Homsi

UN facts finding commission inspects Israeli violations in the occupied Golan
The Governor of Quneitra Hilal al-Atrash on Saturday received the UN fact finding commission to inspect conditions of the Arabs in the occupied territories and the occupied part of the Syrian Golan.
