A London-based daily said on Wednesday, quoting oil sources, that the measures to inaugurate the Syrian-Iraqi oil pipelines which will transport some 300,000 barrels of oil per day from the Iraqi Karkouk oil field to the Syrian port of Banias and which were closed in the 1980s are in their final stages and only 10 kilometers are left after the three main pumping stations are maintained.
