An agreement between Sudanese government and rebels
The official spokesman for the Sudanese government delegation to peace negotiations Sayed al-Khatib has stressed that the third round of the negotiations with the rebels concluded on Thursday in Kenya and had agreed to several points included the general principles for sharing the authority and reviewing the constitution; human rights and continued negotiations on pending issues in order to reach solutions for them.
