Khartoum, the rebels exchange accusations over violating the truce
Sudan's President Omar Hassan al-Bashir has renewed his persistence to excluding the east of Sudan from the current negotiation process with the southern rebels movement in Mashakos, at a time when Sudan has stated that militias that are linked to the main groups of the rebels committed new violations coincided with the peace talks, by attacking two towns in the southern part of the country.

Al-Anba: Mashakos negotiations discuss security arrangements
The Sudanese official daily al-Anba said yesterday that Khartoum provided a mission representing the African federation evidence that proves the involvement of Eritrea in battles in East Sudan at a time when, following a short holiday, the Sudanese peace negotiations were resumed by convening a workshop on the security and military arrangements.
