Kenya, Somalia opened borders
Kenya's President Daniel Arab Moey announced on Monday that his country will open its borders with Somalia as a recognition of the progress attained in the talks took place in Nairobi in an attempt to end one decade of confusion and disorder in the African horn region.

Somalia's national reconciliation
The provisional government in Somalia and the Somali council for reconciliation and reforms which includes war lords for the government Abdi Qasem Salaad Hassan have agreed to convene a national reconciliation conference. The date was not yet set.
