Somali opposition factions oppose Cairo agreement
Leader of the Somali breakaway region of Puntland, Col. Abdallah Youssef Ahmed, stated his country's opposition to the Cairo reconciliation agreement. After his meeting with Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid, Abdallah Youssef said the Cairo agreement was not proceeding naturally and it has proved to be a failure.
