Egypt threatens to halt efforts in Somalia
Tripoli has briefed Cairo on the outcome of the talks the Libyan leadership held during the past week with Somali leaders Ali Mahdi, Hussien Mohammed Aideed and Othman Atto to urge them to implement the Cairo Declaration for reconciliation.
