Rice to start US -Saudi strategic dialog
US Secretary Of State Condoleezza Rice's coming visit to Saudi Arabia will start a strategic dialog on bilateral and regional issues between the two countries, Sean McCormack, Spokesman of the Department Of State said yesterday.
