Saudi Arabia's crown prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz refused to comment on results of the referendum on the Iraqi constitution which was adopted at a rate of 78% and confined to saying "we can not judge this constitution by yes or no. This matter is of concern to the people of Iraq. "

Saudi Arabia kills three Yemenis crossing the border
A Yemeni security source told the Yemeni daily al-Rai (Views) that a Saudi helicopter killed three Yemenis during their attempt to sneak into the Saudi Arabian territories, noting that the Saudi sides did not specify the reasons that pushed them to open the fire.
