Saudi crown prince threatens to exterminate terrorists

Human rights committee waits for Saudi consent to launching it
Two Saudi Arabian reforming activists announced in Bahrain yesterday that 53 of their activists colleagues and intellectuals, including 10 women, are waiting for the reply of the Saudi government to its request to annouce a Saudi national committee for human rights they had applied for nine months before.

Saudi sources deny near release of detainees
A source, close to the mediators between the Saudi Arabian authorities and wanted Saudis, denied news on releasing 300 detainees suspected to be involved in what is called terrorism, during the few coming days, and stressed that the news are groundless.

The Saudi lawyer Sheikh Mohsin al-Awaji said yesterday that about 300 persons out of 900 detained in the Saudi prisons over suspicion to have links to terrorism will be released in "the few coming days."
