A European tour for the ruler of Qatar
The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani continues his European tour which he started from Finland by holding talks with the Finnish President Mrs. Tarja Halonen in Helsinki where an agreement on economic and trade relations between the two countries was signed.
