Japan signs a general agreement with Qatar
Japan on Tuesday signed a general agreement with Qatar to cooperate in the Qatari projects which aim at transferring the natural gas to oil products that preserves the environment by using natural gas from the Qatari al-Shemal ( north) gas field.
