Russia, Qatar for promoting bilateral relations
Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov has discussed with his Russian counterpart Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem al-Thani during their meeting in Moscow on Friday bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them in the service of joint interests and the situation in the Middle East region.
