The secretary of the Sudanese foreign ministry Mutarraf Saddiq, who is also member of the negotiating governmental delegation said in a statement yesterday that the negotiations which were concluded last week between the government and the rebels in Kenya concentrated on the essence of the conflict in the three areas of Abyan, southern Blue Nile and al-Nouba mountain and means of finding out appropriate solutions for them.
