Israeli army opened fire at Palestinian demonstrators in Nablus, UNHCR: Israeli practices unjustified
the UNHCR commissioner Serjio Vieirra De Millo denounced Israel's use of the military force against Palestinian civilians. In a statement by the UNHCR, De Millo said the use of military force against civilians is not justified.
